This Privacy Policy describes how 5 Pro-Tech ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information obtained through the use of the 5P Auto Price Scheduler Shopify application ("the App").
By installing or using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. This policy applies to all merchants who install the App from the Shopify App Store.
We only collect the minimum data necessary to provide the App's scheduling and price management features.

We retain your data for as long as the App is installed on your store. The following retention periods apply after uninstallation:
After the retention period, all your data is permanently and irrecoverably deleted from our systems.
We fully comply with Shopify's mandatory GDPR webhook requirements. You have the following rights regarding your data:

The App embeds within the Shopify Admin and uses Shopify App Bridge session tokens (not traditional third-party cookies) for authentication. This approach is compliant with modern browser privacy policies and ITP restrictions.
We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or any analytics cookies on the App's interface.
The App is designed exclusively for use by adult business owners and their authorized staff. We do not knowingly collect any information from individuals under the age of 18.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date, notify you via email, and display an in-app notice on your next login.
Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
